XML / RSS Ready

WebDirector has out-of-the-box XML and RSS feed support. The data can be extracted in a number of ways which allow you refine what data should be exposed to the user. Using simple URL based arguments the user can specify which module, folder and even data items should be included in a feed. Mechanisms of sorting, limiting the data to particular sizes and many others are also supported.

Therefore if you wanted to produce an RSS feed from an existing set of data you had in WebDirector or you wanted to expose an XML web service of a particular set of data; without writing any code, purley from our base libraries this service could be enabled, tested and utilised immediately.
