Paris wasn’t always Australia’s Cake Queen. At one time a stock broker, law student and corporate drifter, she quit her job in 2003 and bought into a small struggling cake-making business after she spied an opportunity to produce better quality cakes than her own $1400 wedding cake disaster. Passionate about cakes and a savvy entrepreneur, Paris is the director and owner of Planet Cake.

She turned this once small cake store into a booming business and international success.As well as producing great works of cake art for celebrities such as Nicole Kidman, Rihanna, Celine Dion and gourmets alike;Paris runs Australia’s largest cake-decorating school, which attracts students from around the world; and she has authored three books. Planet Cake and    Planet Cake Cupcakes both best sellers, and her latest book, Planet Cake Celebrate.

Paris is very creative and works alongside her incredible ‘dream team’ in the constant pursuit of perfection which viewers will be able to see for   themselves in her first television show, Planet Cake, aired on LifeStyle FOOD. Her favourite cake flavours are chocolate chip, white chocolate and she has a passion for brownies.
