With annual sales of 1,349 billion EUR Bosch has a large number of customers to service in the area of goods repair.  When problems occur Bosch requires a smooth operation for goods return & tracking.  In 2009 Bosch approach Corporate Interactive to begin development of a Repair Management System.

The Repair Mamagement System allows customers to register a fault and return goods to one of Bosch's repair centers.  The software also allows Bosch to track the goods and provide quotation for repair when a product is outside its warranty period.
